All sales are final. Not Broken. Untrained. is a digital download that you receive immediately after payment, so we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Before you buy, you can read what the course covers, the full 30-day plan, an interactive sample of Day 1 and the answers to common questions on the course page. At checkout you confirm that you understand the course is an instant digital download and that all sales are final.

If something goes wrong with delivery

Download the PDF from the confirmation page and save it. Lost access is never a reason to pay twice.
